- The 'Hedmark'-derby ended with a large win for the home side which are
  now second, but already 7 points behind RBK having played one game more.
  It won't be easy catching them, but on this form who knows. Man of the
  match was Dag Riisnæs who scored the first hat-trick of the season.
  Hamkam were just as bad as the scoreline suggests.

- LSK got their revenge after the defeat in the cup in Tromsø on Wednesday.
  This time they were clearly the better side. Both Ronny Johnsen (ex-Lyn)
  and Arve Sandstø (ex-TB Berlin) made their league debuts for LSK.
  For Tromsø, Sigurd Rushfeldt didn't impress despite (or perhaps because
  of :-)) the presence of people from Norwich City.

- This game between the two bottom teams ended in a scoreless draw, which
  didn't help neither Sogndal nor B/G. Both teams were more concerned about

- Start climbed away from the bottom region with this vital win against
  a VIF-side which sank even deeper into trouble. The outcome was never in
  doubt, once Start had taken the lead. The only concern was the shoulder
  injury of striker Dahlum. He might need an operation. 
  For VIF this was another bad game. They really need to get their act
  together if they want to avoid relegation. At the moment 4 teams are
  involved: Sogndal, VIF, B/G and Hamkam, but also SIF will be in
  trouble is they continue as below.....

- Prior to this game SIF were undefeated at home. They are not undefeated
  now. Rosenborg completely outclassed them, and I don't see how any one
  team can challenge them for the championship. Brattbakk scored his first 
  hat-trick, whereas Ryan Nicholls had the doubtful pleasure of being sent
  off 6 mins after coming on at half time.
