- Molde defended well for 3/4 of the game, but the superior class of the
  French side won through in the end. The Norwegians, playing in an original
  5-2-3 formation,restricted PSG to long distance shots for most of the
  game, but without 2-3 regular defenders, couldn't contain the Frenchmen for 
  the full 90 minutes. The return leg in Paris will of course be a formality,
  even though coach Hareide thinks otherwise.
