Bodø/Glimt - Start 1-2 (1-1) Aspmyra stadion Att: 4763 0-1 Petter Belsvik (4) 1-1 Bent Inge Johnsen (34) 1-2 Belsvik (pen. 73) - Petter Belsvik scored another couple of goals, the last on a very disputed penalty, to maintain Start's excellent away record. Erik Mykland also had a very good game and will probably be included in the national squad for the Malta game. B/G had a disappointing game after the 4-0 win in Oslo last week. Brann - Hamarkameratene 4-1 (1-1) Brann stadion Att: 7486 0-1 Atle Maurud (18) 1-1 Eivind Karlsbakk (29) 2-1 Frank Strandli (46) 3-1 Eirik Skjælaaen (62) 4-1 Magnus Johansson (65) Yellow card: Lars Bakkerud, Brann. Red card: Knut Erik Folland, Hamarkameratene. - The bottom-of-the-table match was decided when Folland was rightly sent off for a professional foul in the first half. Up until then the match was evenly balanced, but in the second half the home side ran riot, scoring three goals, which easily could have been more. This win released some of the pressure off the shoulders of coach Hallvar Thoresen, whereas Hamkam must now look forward to a long, hard fight to save them from relegation. Kongsvinger - Tromsø 1-1 (1-0) Gjemselund stadion Att: 2146 1-0 Vidar Riseth (45) 1-1 Morten Pedersen (90) Yellow card: Ole Einar Martinsen, Tommy Grønvold, Charles Berstad, Kongsvinger. - Some very late goals in this match. KIL took the lead on their first(!) chance in the first half, and held out until injury time in the second, despite relentless TIL pressure at times. With this draw the home side continue to take unexpected points, unfortunately using a rather negative approach to the game, even at home. Lillestrøm - Strindheim 3-0 (1-0) Åråsen stadion Att: 3669 1-0 Ståle Solbakken (pen. 35) 2-0 Arne Sandstø (59) 3-0 Sandstø (77) Yellow card: Per Joar Hansen, Strindheim. - The big favourites of this round won with eased, but were still booed off the field at halftime. Strindheim were very poor. This was their 5th defeat in a row. Based on the matches so far, it would take a miracle to same them. Molde - VIF Fotball 0-1 (0-0) Molde stadion Att: 5830 0-1 Morten Kihle (89) Yellow card: Jan Erlend Kruse, Håvard Lunde, VIF Fotball, Sindre Rekdal, Molde. - The big shock of the day happened in Molde, where the homeside lost for the first time of the season. And that to a VIF side, which came directly from a 0-4 defeat at home! However, it's obvious that the Oslo team plays much better away from home (four win in five games) and the win was very deserved. VIF managed to keep the dangerous Molde attacking trio out of the game, and constantly threatened to score at the other end. Especially in the second half the visitors were better. Has the Molde balloon finally burst? Rosenborg - Hødd 6-1 (5-0) Lerkendal stadion Att: 9982 1-0 Harald Brattbakk (7) 2-0 Bent Skammelsrud (23) 3-0 Roar Strand (25) 4-0 Trond Egil Soltvedt (38) 5-0 Brattbakk (45) 6-0 Jahn Ivar Jakobsen (81) 6-1 Geir Televik (86) Yellow card: Sindre Eid, Karl Oskar Fjørtoft, André Nevstad, Hødd. - The champions used the slip up by Molde very well, totally demolishing poor Hødd. This was the visitors second trashing in a row, after losing 2-7 to Molde in their last away game. As then, the score was 5-0 at half time, and the last 45 minutes were uninteresting for the neutral observers. Rosenborg go three points clear at the top, and it seems that they'll run away with the title this season too. Viking - Stabæk 2-0 (1-0) Stavanger stadion Att: 7449 1-0 Kenneth Storvik (27) 2-0 Tommy Bergersen (78) Yellow card: Erik Pedersen, Viking, Bjørn Viljugrein, Stabæk. - Viking continue to win at home, and Stabæk continue to lose away from home. However, this pattern could have been broken had the visitors taken some of their chances in the first half, where the home side played very lousy. However, they didn't and when Viking scored on their first chance, it was no way back for the newcomers.
