Bodø/Glimt - Vålerenga 2-1 (1-1) Aspmyra stadion Att: 4488 0-1 John Carew (30) 1-1 Arild Berg (34) 2-1 Tommy Bergersen (pen. 83) Yellow card: Bjørn Arild Levernes, Dag Riisnæs, Bjørn Viljugrein, Vålerenga, Thor Mikalsen, Trond Vidar Hansen, Bodø/Glimt. - A highly disputed penalty few minutes before the end denied Enga their first away point of the season. Tran was judged to have pushed Berg just within the penalty area, a decision which even Berg himself labelled as dubious. Still, the visitors showed that the win last week was not an accident, as they both took the lead and later hit the woodwork twice. B/G are now safely placed in fifth spot, and with little to play for. Sogndal - Kongsvinger 2-5 (0-2) Fosshaugane Att: 1235 0-1 Pål Håpnes (13) 0-2 Marius Gullerud (14) 0-3 Asle Hillestad (o.g. 54) 1-3 Ole Hjelmhaug (72) 2-3 Tommy Øren (76) 2-4 Harald Martin Solberg (77) 2-5 Gullerud (83) Yellow card: Ole Hjelmhaug, Rune Buer Johansen, Sogndal, Ole Arvid Langnes, Kongsvinger. - Sogndal remain rooted to the bottom after a heavy home defeat against fellow strugglers KIL. A couple of the goals the home side conceded were very soft, and it looks like the first division beckons for SIL. Stabæk - Rosenborg 2-0 (1-0) Nadderud stadion Att: 6174 1-0 Petter Belsvik (23) 2-0 Belsvik (84) Yellow card: Martin Andresen, André Flem, Stabæk, Bent Skammelsrud, Rosenborg. - A big crow at Nadderud vitnessed the third defeat of RBK in the league this season. The champions played without real conviction and got what they deserved. Perhaps their minds were on the Champions League return leg on Wednesday? Stabæk played a very good tactical game, denying Rosenborg their usuallly dangerous counterattacks. Big hero was prolific goalscorer Belsvik, who scored both goals. The defeat gives Molde a slight advantage at the top, whereas Stabæk remain in the hunt for the bronze medals. Brann - Tromsø 3-1 (1-1) Brann stadion Att: 7256 1-0 Thorstein Helstad (5) 1-1 Tryggvi Gudmundsson (14) 2-1 Kjetil Løvvik (pen. 61) 3-1 Per-Ove Ludvigsen (71) - Another important home win for Brann, which gives them some breathing space at the bottom, and a nice confidence boost before their UEFA Cup game on Tuesday. Ludvigsen was the deciding factor, playing only the last 30 minutes due to injury, but still scoring one goal and being tackled for the penalty. Haugesund - Viking 1-4 (1-1) Haugesund stadion Att: 3110 1-0 Morten Berre (7) 1-1 Ronny Kristensen (38) 1-2 Christin Flindt Bjerg (62) 1-3 Rikhardur Dadason (69) 1-4 Idar Mathiassen (86) Yellow card: Øyvind Mellemstrand, Haugesund. Red card: Mellemstrand. - The deciding factor in this game was the sending off of Mellemstrand just before half time. With the one man advantage, Viking dominated completely, and showed that they indeed are the best team in Rogaland. The Dane Flindt Bjerg scored for the eigth successive game, which is quite an accomplishment. Lillestrøm - Strømsgodset 2-4 (0-2) Åråsen stadion Att: 2561 0-1 Rune Hagen (26) 0-2 Anders Michelsen (30) 1-2 Tommy Berntsen (53) 1-3 Osman Nyan (59) 2-3 Berntsen (60) 2-4 Michelsen (71) Yellow card: Ole Einar Martinsen, Lillestrøm, Ousman Nyan, Strømsgodset. - SIF, without Flo, who was injured against Romania in midweek, wanted to show that they can do well and score goals even without him, and so they managed. LSK, without Diallo, had no reply, and must soon look over their shoulders if the current form continues. Moss - Molde 0-2 (0-0) Melløs stadion Att: 2458 0-1 Andreas Lund (58) 0-2 Geir Televik (90) Yellow card: Thomas Michelsen, Moss, Trond Andersen, Molde. - Another away win for Molde. They have now played 19 games without defeat from the start of the season, which is a new record. Moss had their fair share of the play, but nobody who could put the ball into the net. This win, combined with RBK's defeat, places Molde four points clear at the top, though RBK have a game in hand.
