Bodø/Glimt - Molde 3-2 (2-0) Aspmyra gress Att: 3518 1-0 Tom Kåre Staurvik (1) 2-0 Stig Johansen (31) 2-1 Magne Hoseth (52) 2-2 Daniel Berg Hestad (81) 3-2 André Hanssen (90) Yellow card: Stig Johansen, Bodø/Glimt, Odd Inge Olsen, Knut Anders Fostervold, Tobias Carlsson, Molde. - B/G looked to play their fifth 2-2 draw in a row when Hanssen popped up in injury time and gave the home team a welcome win. The result puts an end to any ambitions Molde had of winning the title this season. Bryne - Lillestrøm 0-5 (0-1) Bryne stadion Att: 1765 0-1 Pål Strand (21) 0-2 Magnus Powell (51) 0-3 Clayton Zane (59) 0-4 Zane (73) 0-5 Magnus Powell (90) - LSK continue to surprise. The young and hard working team lead by former player Erlandsen are now the unexpected leader over the summer break. They outplayed Bryne and both strikers Powell and Zane scored twice. The home team arev now in serious trouble and new coach Reine Almquist has some real work ahead of him if they want to stay up. Moss - Brann 2-3 (1-2) Melløs stadion Att: 2369 0-1 Azar Karadas (15) 1-1 Rune Tangen (pen. 32) 1-2 Tommy Knarvik (44) 1-3 Alex Valencia (56) 2-3 Simen Brenne (84) Yellow card: Johan Petter Winsnes, Christian Petersen, Moss. - Brann won another game, and keep up the pace at the top. The win was never in doubt as Moss were too weak, and are now sliding towards the relegation zone. Rosenborg - Viking 1-1 (1-1) Lerkendal stadion Att: 14.175 1-0 Roar Strand (8) 1-1 Erik Fuglestad (pen. 34) Yellow card: Hannu Tihinen, Viking. - The top match between the two leaders finished in a draw. This was not a correct outcome as RBK dominated the game from start to finish. However, the home team failed to score on many of their chances and conceded a stupid penalty when George handled on a cross. Viking seemed content to defend in deep for one point. The result means that RBK haven't won in four games, but if they continue their performance in this game the champions will still be favourites to defend their title. Sogndal - Odd Grenland 3-3 (2-2) Fosshaugane stadion Att: 2412 0-1 Edwin van Ankeren (12) 0-2 van Ankeren (21) 1-2 Håvard Flo (28) 2-2 Rune Bolseth (pen. 37) 3-2 Flo (51) 3-3 Espen Hoff (52) Yellow card: Alexander Ødegaard, Dag Christian Sørum, Sogndal, Edwin van Ankeren, Odd Grenland. - Odd missed out on the chance of going top and could only draw in Sogndal. In fact the home team should have won this game, but two errors by on loan goalkeeper Jamtfall proved costly. Another debut for former international Håvard Flo, who was definitely man of the match with two goals and the man being tackled in connection with the penalty. Strømsgodset - Lyn 3-3 (2-1) Marienlyst stadion Att: 2121 0-1 Espen Haug (28) 1-1 Yngvar Håkonsen (o.g. 30) 2-1 Jostein Flo (35) 2-2 Johan Gudmundsson (46) 2-3 Hassan El Fakiri (86) 3-3 Vidar Evensen (90) Yellow card: Thomas Wæhler, Jostein Flo, Strømsgodset, Per Egil Swift, Tommy Nilsen, Helgi Sigurdsson, Lyn. - El Fakiri seemed to have given Lyn the perfect farewell gift in his last game before returning to Monaco. But his late goal was cancelled out by Evensen in injury time. The result was just. Lyn were better along the ground, whereas Godset were better in the air. Tromsø - Stabæk 0-2 (0-0) Alfheim stadion Att: 3203 0-1 John Arvid Skistad (60) 0-2 Christian Wilhelmsson (82) Yellow card: Jonny Hanssen, Jørgen Tengesdal, Tromsø, Martin Andresen, Tobias Linderoth, Stabæk. - TIL set another negative new Norwegian record by playing their 6th straight home game without scoring a goal! In fact in all of their 14 games so far they have either scored without reply and won, or not scored and conceded at least once and thus lost. Amazing statistics! Stabæk are slowly getting in a very comfortable position, and are now level on points with RBK and Viking. Who would have thought that after their 1-8 defeat in Bergen a month ago.
