Start - Brann 0-2 (0-1) Att: 4358 0-1 Tore André Flo (33) 0-2 Roger Helland (60) Yellow card: Svein Enersen, Start, Lars Bakkerud, Brann. - Fourth defeat in a row for Start, and with Viking and Rosenborg in the next couple of games, things are not looking good. Brann, on the other hand got a vital win, with striker Flo getting one of the goals. Strømsgodset - Stabæk 2-2 (1-1) Att: 3835 1-0 Øyvind Bye (6) 1-1 Petter Belsvik (36) 2-1 Marcus Ziegler (54) 2-2 Bjørn Viljugrein (72) Red card: Isaksen, Strømsgodset. Yellow card: Krister Isaksen, Kenneth Karlsen, Dimitrij Barannik, Vegard Strøm, Strømsgodset, Lars Joachim Grimstad, André Flem, Stabæk. - A dramatic game at Nedre Eiker, where Strømsgodset goalkeeper was stretched off with a broken leg after colliding with one of his defenders in the situation leading to the first Stabæk goal. Later, Isaksen was sent off after two yellow cards by referee Hauge, who was more than trigger-happy with his cards. Still, the home side managed to take the lead, but the visitors equalized and got a well deserved point. Kongsvinger - Tromsø 2-2 (1-1) Att: 2368 1-0 Erik Noppi (2) 1-1 Stein Berg Johansen (12) 1-2 Sigurd Rushfeldt (49) 2-2 Vidar Riseth (57) Yellow card: Vidar Evensen, Kongsvinger. (more players?) - A draw was a fair result at Kongsvinger as well, although the home side had most of the posession. Substitute Riseth saved KIL with a fine header seconds after coming on. Bodø/Glimt - Molde 1-3 (0-1) Att: 3956 0-1 Odd Inge Olsen (22) 1-1 Aasmund Bjørkan (59) 1-2 Ole Gunnar Solskjær (81) 1-3 Arild Stavrum (89) Yellow card: Aasmund Bjørkan, Bodø/Glimt, Odd Inge Olsen, Molde. - A very well deserved win for Molde, although they left it late to secure the three points. With this win the visitors keep up the pace with the top teams and a full house is expected on Thursday for their game against LSK. B/G, on the other hand, have yet to win at Aspmyra, where their counter-attacking style isn't as successfull as away from home. Moss - Viking 1-0 (0-0) Att: 3092 1-0 Rune Tangen (73) Yellow card: Geir Johansen, Moss, Bjarte Lunde Aarsheim, Viking. - A surprise in Moss, when the home side got their first win of the season, and deservedly so. Viking looked uninspired and uninterested, and payed the prize against Moss, which have now gone four matches wihtout defeat. This has lifted them out of the relegation zone for the first time of the season. Lillestrøm - Rosenborg 3-0 (2-0) Att: 12.281 1-0 Geir Frigård (27) 2-0 Frigård (36) 3-0 Ståle Solbakken (70) Yellow card: Geir Frigård, Torgeir Bjarmann, Lillestrøm. - An incredible and very impressive performance by LSK against the champions in this clash of the titans in Norwegian football. Not only did the home side win with three clear goals, but it was the way they won that impressed the most. RBK were partially played off the park, and for the first time in 84 matches they didn't manage to score a goal in a competitive game! LSK could have won by more goals, as they missed a penalty in the second half. Still, the crowd of over 12K went home happy, as Rosenborg have never been outplayed by a Norwegian side in this manner in five years... With this win the home side took over the lead at the top of the table, and perhaps the premier division title isn't heading towards Trondheim after all. Skeid - Vålerenga 2-1 (1-0) Att: 6852 1-0 Ole Martin Johansen (pen. 26) 1-1 Svein Erik Pettersen (52) 2-1 Dagfinn Enerly (74) Yellow card: Carsten Johansen, Skeid. - Skeid continue to surprise and won this first local Oslo derby for 16 years. Now they are in third place with as many points as Rosenborg after seven games, and who would have thought that before the season started! Still, coach Rønning claims that the title is lying, and that the main objective is to avoid relegation. VIF, on the other hand, are deeply rooted at the bottom of the table, and their game on Thursday against Strømsgodset is a game the Oslo side must win.
