Viking - Brann 0-0 Att: 5766 Yellow card: Odd Arne Espevoll, Helge Bjønsaas, Viking. - A boring West coast derby, with both sides having their minds on their important European Cup games in midweek. Rosenborg - Lyn 5-1 (2-1) Att: 9429 1-0 Jahn Ivar Jakobsen (pen. 9) 2-0 Harald Martin Brattbakk (15) 2-1 Jens Petter Stang (45) 3-1 Jakobsen (81) 4-1 Runar Berg (83) 5-1 Brattbakk (89) Yellow card: Tore Stenshagen, Kjetil Wæhler, Stein Motrøen, Lyn. - Despite the score line, not a very convincing display by Rosenborg. Midway through the second half they were actually booed at by the crowd, so bad was their performance. Three late goals made sure of a decent win, but the play have to improve if they want to get past MTK and into the Champions League for the third year running. Skeid - Tromsø 0-4 (0-4) Att: 1517 0-1 Steinar Nilsen (11) 0-2 Roar Christensen (24) 0-3 Ole Martin Årst (38) 0-4 Årst (pen. 44) Yellow card: Kjetil Ruthford Pedersen, Johan Petter Winsnes, Skeid. - The first half was quite strange, as Skeid had more than their share of the play, but couldn't score, whereas TIL scored on almost every chance they got. After the break, nothing really happened.
